Early Years History: Summary.

Subject 0791-07-61 (m) was born healthy - birth parents achieved recognised mature status in accordance with procedure -- and formed normal child/parent bonds. Subject underwent the usual Removal Procedure from the birth parents at the age of five, experiencing the usual low-level trauma, but was classified as 'Normal' on entry to Educational Establishment QTRW 13.

Subject achieved well in early education: Numeracy -- average; Literacy -- above average; Physicality -- above average; Communication -- well above average; Imagination -- above average.

Subject interacted normally with peers and showed no early signs of social deviance.

Subject was classified as 'Well Educated' aged 12, released from Educational Establishment QTRW 13 and placed in Adolescent Centre 74.

     Adolescent History: Summary.

Subject experienced an adolescence classified as 'Normal'. Subject enrolled in Sport, Music and Art Recreational Programmes. Subject did not excel in any area, but developed Recreational Skills at the usual rate. Relationship With Peers was classed as 'Slightly Deviant' at Assessment Stage 3 -- Subject showed an unacceptable level of violence when frustrated -- but this classification was reduced to 'Normal' by Assessment Stage 4.

Subject showed the usual sexual development. Subject was already masturbating on entry to Adolescent Centre 74 and frequency of masturbation continued to increase throughout the subject's time at the centre. Non-Virginity was achieved aged 13 - a heterosexual experience. Subject had a total of twelve sexual partners -- all female -- during the Adolescent Stage, and formed bonds of emotional significance with three of these.

Measurements on Ego, Arrogance, Self-Obsession and Impulsiveness were all classified as 'Normal/Increasing'. Subject was classified as 'Normal Adolescent' aged 16, released from Adolescent Centre 74 and placed in Occupation Centre S-23.

     Early Immature History: Summary

Subject experienced an Early Immature History classified as 'Deviant'. Subject was initially registered under the Manual Sector of Occupation Centre S-23, and trained accordingly. Subject responded well to training, but during the usual supervised Occupational Duties in the Mature Sector, Subject displayed Aggression, Disrespect, Anger and Disobedience towards his peers, his trainers, and most worryingly, the Matures with whom Subject had contact. At Interview, Subject expressed a disregard of Mature Society which -- though eventually classified as Acceptable -- caused concern for the Correctional Authorities of Occupation Centre S-23. Punishment consisted of Electroshock, and was administered on seven occasions over a period of three years, between the ages of 17 and 20. Subject was placed in Correctional Facility X07 after the seventh Electroshock Programme, and spent one year in isolation. On release from Correctional Facility X07, aged 21, subject was classified as 'Normal' and re-entered Occupation Centre S-23, where Subject was reregistered under the Skilled Sector, and trained accordingly. From age 21 to 25, subject was employed as Skilled, and on the usual supervised Occupational Duties in the Mature Sector, Subject's behaviour was classified as 'Exemplary'.

Subject displayed a sexuality classified as 'Normal-Active' throughout Early Immature History. Subject had twenty sexual partners -- all female -- during this period, and experimented regularly with low-level sado-masochism, cross-dressing during sex, multiple partners, and the usual, prescribed sexual positions. Subject formed bonds of emotional significance with three of these twenty sexual partners, a ratio classified as 'Low'. Masturbation continued throughout this period, the decline in frequency being classified as 'Normal'.

Subject took full advantage of the Pharmaceutical and Narcotic Programme, showing a healthy disregard for self, as well as a high level of experimentation. Subject's response to the programme was classified as 'Normal/Addictive'. Subject completed the Programme, and the Rehabilitation Programme was classified as 'Successful'.

In addition to the bonds of emotional significance formed with three of Subject's twenty partners during this period, Subject formed non-sexual bonds of emotional significance with a total of seven peers - four males and three females - a level classified as 'Low/Unsociable'.

Subject continued with Sport, Music and Art Recreational Programmes, at a reduced level, throughout Early Immature History.

At the age of 25, Subject was classified as 'Early Immature - Normal/Maturing', and released from Occupation Centre S-23 to be placed on Mating/Fatherhood Programme B7.

     Late Immature History: Summary

Subject was placed on Mating/Fatherhood Programme B7, and paired with Subject 6791-01-52 (f). Their Suitability Rating was classified as 'High' in terms of Emotional Connection and 'Average/High' in terms of Physicality. The prognosis for a productive union was classified as 'Good', and conception was achieved within Subject's first week on Mating Programme B7.

Subject 6791-01-52 (f) experienced a pregnancy classified as 'Normal' and during pregnancy Subject 0791-07-61 (m) developed an Attachment Level classed as 'High'.

Subject 1078-02-34 (m) was born healthy.

Subject 0791-07-61 (m) was classified as 'Caring' almost immediately, and developed Fatherhood Skills quickly. During the first year of Fatherhood, Subject developed a Care Level classified as 'High', and Emotional Attachment Level classified as 'High', and a Developing Maturity classified as 'Rapid'. Measurements on Ego, Arrogance, Self-Obsession and Impulsiveness all showed a decline classified as 'Steep'

Subject completed the mandatory five years on Mating/Fatherhood Programme B7, receiving an overall Fatherhood Rating of 'Exemplary'. Subject experienced a level of Post-Separation Trauma classified as 'High', and as a result was placed in the Holding Programme for a period of two months, where he received the usual medication.

Subject was released into the care of the Assessment Team led by Doctor P. Reynolds at the age of 29 years, 350 days.

Assessment of Suitability for Recognised Mature Status: Interview Stage.

Subject 0791-07-61 (m) has been interviewed in accordance with the normal procedures for six days. Subject expressed enthusiasm for entry into the Mature Sector, focussed primarily on furthering interests in Art and Music. Subject expressed ambivalence regarding the prospect of Non-Fertile Life Partnership, and declined admission to the Programme. Subject did, however, agree to reconsider this decision after one year on the Celibacy Programme. Subject tested 'Negative' for Residual Pharmaceutical and Narcotic Tendency, but tested 'Positive' for Residual Aggressive Tendency and is to be placed on the monthly Observation Programme. Subject declined the offer of Voluntary Occupational Activity, preferring instead to concentrate on the Recreational Programmes already mentioned. Subject tested 'Negative' for Impulsiveness, but Positive Traces of Egomania, Arrogance, and Self-Obsession were recorded. These readings were at a level consistent with a prospective Mature with Artistic tendencies, and were not classed as 'Problematic'. However, as mentioned previously, Subject is to be placed on the monthly Observation Programme, and any increase in these Positive Trace levels will trigger Recall to the Observation Team for further tests.

In conclusion, analysis of Subject's History reveals an Immature Life classified as 'Normal', and responses to Interview suggest that, despite some Positive Trace readings and a Residual Tendency, Subject has reached acceptable levels of Maturity to be released into the Mature Sector.

Subject has chosen the Mature name Adam.

Suitability For Recognised Mature Status : Approved.

Schedule for Transfer to Mature Sector : Immediate
